Domestic Postal Card Surface Rate from South Korea

Domestic Postal Card Surface Rate from South Korea

Here's a card which was likely to have been sent surface-rate from Pyongtaek, South Korea back to the states. The card was sent thru the military APO system.

The card was posted on what looks to be the 3rd of January, 1991. The receiver on reverse places the card in Denver, Colorado on February 13th. The card still has to go to Texas from the postal distribution center, but it probably wasn't too much longer in arriving. It's often difficult or impossible to tell how this type of mail was sent.

As can be seen by the marking on the front, the sender may have been aware ahead of time that it was going to take awhile in transit!
