Unusually Used Modern Official Postal Card

This usage of the first modern-era denominated official postal card is an atypical one. Wouldn't we all like to have a complaint we register with our local post office to result in receiving one of these beauties!

Per postal regulations for the use of these cards, the official department must be identified as part of the 'return address'. Since a date stamp cancel was not used, we have only the receiver docketing on the back to indicate that the card was used in June 1984. I have no question about this as being a gem of a legitimate use for this card.
